Chat GPT & Your Social Media

“If a potential client has made it all the way to your social media page, they are interested in the real you, not the AI you.”

Bing? Is that you?

Can I use Chat GPT to create my Facebook posts?

YES!

We asked Bing to “write a Facebook post about real estate in Richmond Virginia”.

We got the following.

“Richmond is a great place to live! If you’re looking for a new home in the area, we can help. Our team of experienced real estate agents knows the market inside and out. We’ll work with you to find the perfect home for your needs and budget. Contact us today to get started!”

If you’re interested in learning more about real estate in Richmond, Virginia, you can check out these Facebook pages:

• Linchpin Real Estate Group

• Virginia Capital Real Estate

• 1st Class Real Estate RVA

I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

Sound familiar?

This wonderfully generic post will not help you at all. Even if you update the linked real estate firms for your own the content is a yawner. In fact, it’s likely that another local firm is posting something very similar!

Be yourself

The only way to drive your personal brand is to be yourself on social media. If a potential client has made it all the way to your social media page, they are interested in the real you, not the AI you.

You are busy

You don’t have time for this anyway. You had to figure out how Chat GPT works, come up with a post suggestion, modify it to fit you, and then actually post it. No thanks!

BTW when I asked Chat GPT to write a 300-word blog about using Chat GPT for social media, the following “commercial” was in the last paragraph.

“In conclusion, chat GPT is a powerful tool that can be used to improve your social media presence.”

Figures.
