Discovery call:

This is where we learn more about your business and brand.

During our discovery call we will:

Review any existing social media profiles.

Determine your value proposition (what makes your company better than your competitors).

Ask about your goals.

Determine who your audience is and where they are geographically located.

Develop a few content pillars (a set of themes or topics we will highlight in your posts).

Ask if you have your passwords 🙏

Brand plan:

Our second step is to prepare a brand plan for you.

Our brand plans include your brand colors and fonts.

They also include several sample social media posts based on our discovery call.

Establishing your social media AND Google My Business platforms:

We will set up two social media business pages! Usually, Facebook and Instagram. We also work with LinkedIn. We also will establish your Google My Business page if you don’t have one already.

Once your set up is complete, you are ready to start your monthly subscription.
